TiggerUK Yes, it supports imperial units but they are linked - so if you choose MPH for speed then you will automatically get F for temperature.

awezeman Probablyjust watts. VAR would require a compensation for power factor.
eeenok it will work without a ground/earth but you should earth the heatsink in case a fault makes it live. do not call your earth "neutral". don't connect heatsink to N! treat L and N as equally dangerous since they are sometimes swapped. if you don't earth HS, treat the device as LIVE when on
