phonik Not that I know of. I just followed the images. You put the main belt on as tight as you want it. Then you lift and pull the two smaller side handles and press them down when you feel you have enough support. It is mainly a suck it and see process to find the correct tightness for your own back problems.

phonik MY advice is go for the XL. That way you will get the overlap you see in the item pictures. It is possible with the L, but you will get a very small overlap.

phonik How do I make my DVD drive region free? For PC Navigate to "My Computer" and then open "Properties" after right click the DVD drive. phonik Why would you want to use this with Android? Android designed for the internet, there is nothing to load from anywhere else? If you want to watch a DVD, you would be better creating an AVI,MPG,Etc file and putting that on an SD card. This doesn't work with Android.

phonik It has been working in minus ten -10c recently. All it really needs is plenty of sunshine as it has 208 LEDs which needs more power than the sub 100 LED variety.

phonik It should do as a generic drive. You do not need a specific Windows driver for it, so it should be able to use the similar Apple one, but you might want to take more advice on that.

phonik The modes are selected by cycling through the power button. First press is off until someone is sensed, second, third press does the other ones. Fourth press is off.
