Bernd I ordered this watch, but mine can not change to always on. My GW16 seems to have a different software.

Bernd Nebhuth I am think, nobody will do any measurements in absolutly dark. When measuring, there should be alway some light for your own safety. Never heard about flashlight, emergency light, headlight.... ? So the not existing backlite of the meters display should not be any problem.
