Fatlip_fpv you can download the manual at eachine.com there's not much to these though. put a camera on it and upgrade the battery, and you'll be having a blast!

Fatlip_fpv a little late, but no these are very simple basic goggles. you don't need a receiver for the goggles, but depending on your fpv camera you will for that
