BG571555521 Weare strictly B2C and B2B at the moment and although we have researched getting into other categories it is not something we have placed in our short and mid term plan. I will explain a few of the points why it is not on the cards for us yet. One of our critical advantages is that we source and stock items ourselves; for users, this means we are simpler and more reliable to shop with compared to other sites. Offering C2C or C2B would fundamentally change that advantage, we could overcome this with a subcategory or third party tag, but that would not change the fact that our brand identity would change. There is the potential to big rewards if we do make the pivot, but any change to a key brand advantage also involves risk. As for execution, the reasoning is quite complex but this involves massive system and policy changes that we would need to invest in. We also lack the experience and knowledge so we need to account for time to build a robust team. Regulating, monitoring and maintaining quality of third parties would be another massive challenge, if we offered it we would have to solve disputes with sellers and buyers and this would add enforcement costs.
