Ερ: How to use 12V output? There is no option to switch to 12V . Both 12V outputs has 15,6V and attached devices are not working due overvoltage protection (they need bellow 15V).

palm369 Its the Indicator for the balance resistor. If LED on, then the cell is above the limit. If flashing, it is on the edge. if off, its under the limit.
