Ερ: This is a 3 pin led strip. Last picture shows something with 4 pin + 2. Rather confusing. It would not need a professional to connect as manual says if it would have a proper wiring manual uploaded instead.

Johannes Van Roest Dahl The red and white wires are for the +5V and GND. If you're using a long LED strip it's advised to power it in both ends. That's why there are the 2 extra wires.
