Jeffrey Mine came with a manual in the box, underneath the little insert holding the headset. It was a bit tricky at first, but it comes down to this: hold the power button on for 6 seconds and you'll hear a voice prompting to pair. Then go to your phone and select the RB-T20 device. This worked great for me on two different phones. The other things to know is that to power on or off, hold the power button for 4 seconds. I don't think you can use the button to start a call, and my only incoming call I answered pushing the button on the phone screen. This could be a problem if you aren't near your phone and I can walk about 20 meters away from the phone and still hear through the headset. A short press on the button while playing music will pause and restart the music.

Jeffrey It works great with my iPhone 6sPlus so i would expect no problems. It's a bluetooth headset.
