pretty solid receiver. interface is a bit clunky, but the device is very capable. once you lock on to the right channel, the feed is very stable. I'm using it with patch and circular.

Delivered 3 days ahead of schedule. Not important but pleasant. Quality is a mixed bag. The casing is better. Buttons are better. Strap and facial pad are better. DVR is still garbage. the velcro that attaches to the actual faceplate is already coming off. But of course nobody cares about plastic and straps. The only thing that matters is those giant beautiful OLEDs. And yes, they are as big and as beautiful as people say. If you're a racer HDO1 would probably be better, because the screen is a little smaller. But if you're flying cinematic or wings, this is the dogs bollox.

very good stabilizer. bare minimum that you need to fly a short range plane. easy to use, easy to set up, easy to upgrade. having a gps on board definitely gave me more confidence to fly to the limits of my rc link.

Good cheap module. Compass occasionally produces strange results. Definitely space it very far away from any power lines or anything else that can create magnetic interference. GPS seems to be pretty reliable. Using with INAV and Ardupilot.

voxtel Solidred means standby. Means no input from bound controller. Solid green means link with controller established. Going back and forth means it's failsafing. Try moving your GCS away from the XM .

voxtel Yes.Kopilot uses standard UBLOX serial protocol to talk to the GPS unit. This one is a bit of an overkill, though because it comes with a compass too. Kopilot doesn't know how to use compass. Probably doesn't need to. I test mine with RTH every time before I fly long range, and it hasn't failed once.

voxtel Itshould work. TX16 should support D16 firmware, which all new XM come with.

Ordered on 26 Oct, delivered 5 Nov to USA. Extremely impressive service. Fastest I've ever gotten anything from CN. Drone is great. It is as fast as people say. It was hard to find a spot for the receiver. I ended up installing it under the LED board (not recommended, because it's close to VTX). Comes with a lot of accessories, including an EM shield that can be used on top of VTX.
