Sadly I did not read the other reviews. Ordered 8 of these (2 sets) and all of them arrived oversided (15.8mm) which does not fit my housings. These are all now a total waste for me.

Brett Hi. Yes it is. You need to create a file with the name "ceshi.ini". In the file place the following: [CONST_PARAM] rtsp = 1 ; RTSPЭÒ飬0£º¹Ø±Õ 1£º¿ªÆô Switch the camera off, insert the SD card with the file in the root and then start the camera. Wait for it to come online. Then switch it off and remove the SD card. Restart the camera. This should enable the rtsp ports. You should then be able to connect to it via an ONVIF viewer or in iSPY try rtsp:///live/ch00_1 I did not try iSPY but it works fine in NetcamStudio using this path.

Delivery was super fast. Camera is easy to setup with V380 pro app and works well off internal battery. Set camera to have fixed IP. I would like to also use it with iSpy PC software - Does anybody know if it is possible?
