Surculation there is no library supply.

drmayf library example codes use 0x69 or 0x68. if your code has 0x69 then try 0x68. Mine worked ok when changed to 0x68.

francopolli Pinout of this unit is the standard ATX available easily searching in Google. as far as I know, Dell use a different pinout on their PSU. Detected the ground GND and probe them in respect of GND on the Dell side and make the adaptor. That's what I would do
