Ερ: Does the whole thing itself come pre built? or do I have to put the case, plate and stabs together?

BG241921713 Itdo come pre built aka case and plate and stabs , you just have to use your own keycaps and switches. and yes it does take 3 pin switches and 5 pin switches.

Good switches, Might lube them in the near future, some came bent but you can easily bend them back to place

Very nice keycaps ! Just keep in mind that if you pair it with Geek Customized GK64XS, you will need to sand the right shift "on the sides " to be able to fit into the key. other than that, its a solid choice!
