Works great for both directions. I use for powering a SPF5189 LNA. I bought two for having one at the SDR Side to inject, and other at the antenna side to extract.

Excelent idea and product. I just tested on my Wireless Mouse. With a Duracell Alkaline battery it lasts about 2 months, with this one lasts 1.5 months, which is great because the normal NiHM batteries last half month. Very pratical to use, fits nicely. One detail to mention is that since its a switched-mode Lipo battery, the output is constant at 1.5V. That has some good/bad side effects: - If your device has a battery level meter, it will ALWAYS show 100%. - The battery does not fail like low charge NiHM or Alkaline AA (like the stutter you usually notice um USB mouse). When it gets empty, it simple turn off. These two are simultaneously good and bad. The thing is that you will never know how much charge is remaining on the battery but if you don't like that your devices start failing when battery is low, this is a good point.

Some of the cables doesn't look like it will work (needs more pins than it actually has) but I bought for my Motorola Radio and my Baofeng, and it work great!

It works great, but it took me sometime to make it work because the battery came with the wires swapped. I had to manually disassemble the battery connector and swap the wires. I would give +1 to that, because there was some protection for battery polarity inversion and nothing got burned because of it. But if it comes for you and doesnt work (if you remove the cable everything turns off) try checking if the wire colors of the battery match with the picture. Check my first picture, the polarity is swapped. In the second picture is correct (the red wire should be outwards). Works great on ODROID C2

For anyone else who is interested, I can confirm the gain is around +30dB. The attached sweep shows the gain of the device from 1MHz to 1GHz. Test power at 100mW out at 1MHz, and swept at constant input. George, M1GEO.
