Dear Lynne, I received Your shipment (TV-Box, DVB-T) yesterday (1/25/20) via DHL (the local postal Service Provider here). I confirmed it on the Website of Banggood. The installatiom of the item failed for unknown reasoms. Perhaps, You can send m e a file with an instruction-manual with greater Pictures/text, because the inclosed Manual is barely readable and unclear. I wish You a Good New Year 2020 in China.
