BG103216145 yes, you can drive multiple cars together. you don't switch frequency, the controller is linked to the car it comes with.

BG103216145 You have bought the cheaper kit version. For these you need to supply the motor, speed controller, batteries and radii system that you want installed. I recommend the dumborc controller. Search for brushless motor combo and pick something around 3300kv motor with 120A speed controller. Use 2 2s lipo batteries, anything more is a bit too much power for the parts in this car.

BG103216145 not sure if you can bind to other brands of receiver but you can bind it to multiple dumborc relievers and it will connect to whichever one you switch on.
