Ερ: Mounting orientation, does it matter? Item ID: 1191651 The light can be mounted with the plain side on top or the switch/USB port on top. I missed this point in the instruction if discussed. I pitched the instruction. Concerned about water entry; however, it seems the low battery indicator, if one exists is shared on the switch/USB port side. Thanks in advance.

BG443716431 Iagree, clamp broke when I came off a ledge(<2 feet or ~.5M) using my mountain bike.

Lamp is very bright. Connection between a handlebar clamp and a lamp is weak.It is probably OK for road use, but questionable for MTB and rough roads.

Very bright light. Batteries last 6+ hours on highest beam. Swivels making it nice for upcoming turns. I had a similarly constructed light which bounced. This light is secured much better as it does not bounce. Great warranty service: First light lasted 4-5 weeks. Given the quality of the light I would guess the switch going bad as a rare occurrence. Warranty service was good but in a way odd. I stated the switch would not turn off the light. Even with this I had to post a video of my finger pushing the switch to demonstrate it did not function. Shortly after posting on youtube I received a replacement without having to return the original. With this, the original serves as a great 10K mah battery bank as it is equipped with a USB (charger end of a charging cord)

Fantastic quality for the price. Have only used the chuck about 25 times but I am well satisfied. Customer Service. I did not need this service but forced to assign a star rating. There should be an option to pass on the rating. Logistics. I presume this means delivery. Knowing origination from China I think the 4-5 weeks it took for delivery is good. What gets me though is the incredibly low $1.08 shipping cost. USPS delivered it to my mailbox. Banggood must have an incredible contract with USPS. I know if I shipped something like the from PA to CA USPS would charge at least $6-7.00

Excellent quality: This chuck has a built in "ratcheting system". When it nears tightness clicks can be heard which really helps bite down on the bit. The check "teeth" (can't think of the right word" have carbide inserts which also helps to secure the bit. I cannot understand how one can get this level of quality for the price. I cannot help but think wages must not be that great. I am forced to include customer service when I did not need it. With this, I am providing a 3. There should be an option to pass on this rating when not used. I believe logistics means how quickly I received the chuck which was about 5 weeks. Knowing it came from China I think it was pretty good. Shipping was only $1.54 This also paid USPS. USPS must have an incredible deal with Banggood. I bet it would cost me $ 8-10.00 to ship this chuck from PA to CA using USPS.

Amazed at the quality for what i paid. Purchased for my granddaughter who has not used the set but cut her finger(not bad enough even for a band-aid) on a very very sharp blade. I have no experience with carving nor did I try. I have a piece of basswood I am going to have Lexi whittle out a fish for her first project. I figured the left item in the image is a sharpening stone. But it is not, it is a piece of leather. I guess for beginners sharpening instructions would be helpful. Customer Service. I did not need this service but forced to assign a star rating. There should be an option to pass on the rating. Logistics. I presume this means delivery. Knowing origination from China I think the 4 weeks it took for delivery is good. What gets me though is the incredibly low $2.88 shipping cost. USPS delivered it to my mailbox. Two items: Review submitted approx. 4.5 weeks after installing/first use. 1) Opinion regarding light, and 2) Correction (warranty process); I misspoke prematurely regarding warranty in previous review. 1) Easy to install, very bright light. Batteries provided more than 6 hours of light when set on highest light output. Light swings proving very useful for lighting in advance, an upcoming turn. Light will turn off without cycling through all settings. The screw securing the light bracket clamp to bar must be very tight to prevent light “bouncing” on rough terrain. Manufacturer suggestion: the light bracket screw hole diameter must be reduced to match that of the screw to lower screw torque requirement. Unfortunately and likely an oddity, the light switch quit working after about 3.5 to 4 weeks of regular, almost daily use. 2) Warranty - A video only obtained a replacement light. Light switch quit working. Was informed I needed original shipping label and packaging for warranty service after submitting a "ticket" for warranty service. In the end, I had to produce just a video of a finger pushing the switch button demonstrating it did not function. The ticket text communicating same was insufficient. I did not have to return the defective light; therefore, it now can serve as a 10,000 mah backup as it has a USB port in addition to a charging port.

Fits, looks the same and functions. The required star rating is not accurate and cannot be for using battery but 2-3 months. I think 3 years would be a sufficient battery review time period. Unfortunately, Banggood permits but a 6 month window for submission. Brian, NW Pennsylvania near Lake Erie a Great Lake.

Ερ: Is there an alert for low battery meaning it requires charging? I have not noticed one? I rely heavily on a rear tail light I suppose in part because a friend and his wife got struck by a car from behind. On two occasions I discovered the battery was dead when I needed the light. Also, the battery seems to die rather quickly. Would you suspect it is because I leave it in automatic mode, not turning it off when I am done riding?

The seller Hi, this does not have a low battery indicator, it is recommended that you turn off the tail light completely after use, this will ensure that it works for a long time

Very nice, compact, well constructed light. I am told by others that it is sufficiently bright. However, the instructions are miserable. As a side benefit, the light is visible when I use the rear rack for carrying items. Unlike the seat post mounted light this compliments. Recommend to anyone willing to listen. Customer Service, did not use therefore; I allowed the default 5 stars. Could not eliminate all stars nor is there a not applicable selection. Logistics - Acceptable, if this means delivery time.
