STEVE after further flying with both the XK Trojan and Eachine Spit, i've come to this conclusion. The prop savers are strategic scam, for selling expensive, proprietary props. they don't even match each oter.. buy a regular 1.5.ot 2mm prop saver. and buy some better props, plus you can use bigger or smaller, depending on flying taste. The XK, Is now my choice over the Eachine, for this reason. On the xk trojan, there's way more room to work. the entire power system pops out in seconds, whereas the Spit's(eachne) doesn't. the motor eventually comes out, but the gearbox, (10-15 bucks) is apparently glued fast, so no more fly for the spit untill i can afford to buy and wait for new prop parts. reminds me of the bad old days. would have spent an extra $100.00 if it had a real propsaver. cuz i'll have to anyway!. fortuneately, i bought a main board for each plane. I'll just rebuild them properly out of dollar store foam. then i can fly more and save a LOT of money, and not have to wait. DEFACTO RATING; barely a 4. because of the Prop Waster. oh yeah, now i don't have to look for the cheesy prop, every time it has a rough landing. mebe put a rubber band, or and o ring, so it doesn't fly off. ..OOPS, that's right, . someone already did that 20 yrs ago. if they werent such great planes, i wouldn't judge so harshely.
