I purchased 5g 1000m version. DO NOT BUY THIS DRONE EXPECTING ANY KIND OF USEABLE VIDEO.. FPV range was less than 100m. Android app is buggy and would not record to phone. Regardless without record to SD card the video will not be smooth and have a lot of dropped frames and freezes. THE GOOD: Build quality of the drone is excellent. It flies well. The GPS lock/hover is very good and RTH is reliable. Follow me and circle work. It’s like having a DJI Mavic with no camera. PS. I already converted it to FPV to use with goggles.

Gimpman You need to learn throttle control. No altitude hold is for people who want to really learn how to fly FPV.

i would say for 12 quid not worth it. it struggles to fly. it has no altitude control so it either goes up or falls like a stone very brittle. guard around propellers is lower and does not protect them. i bought this to test. pay an extra 10 quid and buy the 4drc v16 drone.

The Good:. Motors are BRUSHLESS. Flies well. Can handle moderate wind. Optical flow position hold works. Obstacle avoidance works OK but not great Does nice flips. Camera works, goes up and down and takes video and photos. Gestures work. The Bad: Camera photo/video quality is 480p at best. 8K/4K is a lie. Follow me doesn't work when you are bound to controller. When connected to phone only follow me works like spotlight tracking. Trajectory doesn't work. Panorama does not work. No point of interest. Flight time is 7 minutes not 16 minutes. Battery is not 2000mah. it is 500mah at most. Conclusion: For $30 it is a good beginner drone to learn to fly before spending big bucks on a real drone like DJI.

Great flier, very stable but it only does what it says on the box packaging not what the Banggood webpage says. (Obstacle avoidance, optical flow hovering, motorised camera mount yes, but follow me or trajectory flight - no. Even though the app says it should). If I'm doing something wrong please advise me. The drone pairs to the app well, and then binds to the handset, but from that point onwards any flight movement controls are only working from the handset. I can turn on video and camera from the app, but the app doesn't control flight by follow me mode or trajectory mode. I guess maybe the app needs work. That aside, the drone flight is extremely stable, the hover is fantastic (even in wind) and the obstacle avoidance seems to work well. The supplied storage box is a bit flimsy and a bit of a let down, but the drone itself is well worth the money. I'm awarding 5 stars because the drone deserves it based on ease of flight and flying performance, but the app and case are 3 stars at best.

The syma s107h helicopter is my favorite indoor/bedroom flyer. Very stable and docile and easy to fly in small spaces. I do not recommend for outdoor flying. Only drawback is 7 minute flight time and built in battery which means you have to wait 45 minutes to charge it again before flying again. NOTE: I did the battery mod as per YouTube and can now fly many times in a row with multiple 220mah batteries.

Gimpman I did the the battery mod so I can swap out batteries. I use 220 mah batteries and get 9-10 minutes flight time. Also tried 250 mah battery but don't get any more flight time because of extra weight of battery.

Very good quality rc helicopter, the build quality is robust and not comparable to any of the existing in the market . The only downside is battery which only lasts 5-7 minutes, 2 ways you can tweak it or you can do both : 1. By disabling or disconnecting lights inside the panel which should give extra 5 mins flying time 2. Do a modificaiton and upgrade the battery, lots of videos on YouTube that demo this (make sure not to use > 200 mah battery or it can cause malfuntions in the system) I think this comes with 150 mah.
