BG144160221 OnceI put a half full 0.5L beer bottle on the back and the truck drove ok, so you can put a quite substantial weight on it.

BG144160221 thespeed is variable, depending on how much you tilt the trigger. However, there is no switch or control to adjust the dual rate. If you want to increase the max speed, replace the stock motor for a faster one, which I did, but then the vehicle doesn't crawl slow as well and crawling with a fast motor is no joy. The stock 180 motor is decent for crawling in this truck. So you need to know what you want.

BG144160221 This happened to me as well and the problem was solved by fresh batteries in the transmitter.
