todorstz1 q1: you can control panel over tuya app. works perfect - wifi, 5G... q2: check tuya app. you should be triangulated that your phone leave home wifi this shall send notif to tuya cloud... it could be possible but not for free

todorstz1 No, this detector does not have temperature sensor but it is really reliable only with optical smoke. In kitchens you could expect some false alarms. Hope this information will help you!

todorstz1 For such purposes you need fire alarm panel not standalone detector. When you have two devices with sounders and they are assigned into one and the same security zone than activation of one detector could activate both sounders

todorstz1 There is embedded sounder in the main board which emits sound or warning message. In case that you have radio coverage you could use ext sounder
