Branexius I have no idea but my speaker is really loud so I have it at 50% volume now (I think low volume was an issue with some models)

Branexius Go to the isdt.co support website and download the ISD Go app and install it. Then connect your device and boot up the app. It should guide you from there or at least be pretty obvious on what to do.
