Andrei Then go buy a second hand 250w solar panel(you can buy 2 in my opinion) and at least an 20amps real Mppt controller and a 12v battery. I made a similar system with second hand photovoltaic panels and 20A mppt and works great. Be careful to buy an mppt otherwise it will not be effective and make the most of your panels. The panel sold here is just too small.

Andrei I'm not a specialist but as far as I know, never exceed the unit's voltage input. And since it seems to be rated at 150V take into consideration that in cold weather you can have higher voltage that the panel is rated. I found online that I can exceed the amps, and the mppt unit will withdraw only how much it can support. You need to double check this with someone that is specialized in this.
