The items works but the quality is low. I didn't measure the LEDs power, but looks quite strong.

Two out of three came OK. The third one has a damage on the cover that prevents a tight assembly. The wi-fi code send by each sensor is unique (433 MHz - ASK modulation, 24 bits / Protocol 1) .

The TMOK MOVs (Motor Operated Valves) works, but the quality is far less than a brand-name. It is important to fit properly the actuator on the valve body. The OPEN / CLOSE limit switches seems to stop the valve almost at the fully open / fully closed positions, but a small gap remains all the time. I could say the gap is acceptable. The operating noise is quite strange, thus the life time could be less than expected (most likely much less than the standard 10 000 cycles like for a brand-name MOV). On the actuator top is a 90 degrees knob. Pushing down and rotate left/right as per the indication arrow while holding the knob pressed allows the manual operation of the valve. By releasing the knob, the MOV switches back to the motor actuated mode.
