Ερ: why are you still deleting my question? just answer it. where on the led is cathode and where is the anode? there are no marks or cutouts on the led. So how can I install it?

Mati Berman Falk There's an answer above that says the anode has the little cutout. At the worst, if you connect it backwards, there's a diode going across which will prevent damage.
