In a word "fun" is the only word that suits this exercise sling. There are countless movements to be done, you can do simple exercises to relax or with a more intense workout really work your muscles. I had injured my shoulder so haven't been able to use it myself but my roommate absolutely loves it. Once I get the OK from my physio therapist she will have to buy her own because this one is mine! The only complaint is there wasn't a manual so I suggest that you either find a gym or yoga facility that has similar slings, or simply search for the exercises on your computer. Other than that I have no other complaints. According to my roommate it is great fun & very addicting. I cannot wait to use it myself.
