Unit works great. But I have a problem with the unit. Firstly it did not come with an adapter plug for my country, had to drive around to find the adapter. Secondly and here is the big problem with this unit. My unit is a counter top unit with a side inlet, the problem I have is that the lever can not push down to open the cold water as this hits the counter from the off position, in the pictures the lever faces to the top in the off position, my lever faces to the front in the off position? can we replace or exchange the unit, with something else?

Well what can i say?? The tap came in pretty good time and earlier than expected.. I was excited to put it all together and see it working.. Well, it leak, leaked again and then again!! The one that you sent me was the wrong connection type. I wanted bottom connection not in wall connection. the main connector that sits on top holding the tap and the shower outlet has a washer missing from the inside, so i had to try and make one so that water would not pour out all over the place. As a unit, it does what it says and has a good flow to it.. All in all, not a bad product although wrong inlet connection, leaking tap housing due to missing washer I'm guessing!!??
