This is said to be the same chassis as the SG1601 (I think? it's one of the SG16 models) and as such it's light and extremely durable. I have cartwheeled, rolled, and slammed into things. So far no damage at all. - Top speed is not blistering. I have no testing equipment, but my 144002 is far faster on brushed. THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY BAD. Sometimes going faster is not the best thing. This vehicle goes fast enough to roll itself if you turn hard at full speed. It has enough speed to spin in circles on pavement. Any more speed and it would not be controllable or as durable. - Extremely durable because most of it is plastic. Weight matters. Weight x Speed = stuff breaking. The chassis and front drive shafts are plastic as are most of the other parts and this is good. The plastic flexes allowing the force to be buffered rather than delivered into something rigid that just breaks or is bent out of shape permanently. Don't let the plastic construction turn you away. It's a good thing. Give this to your kid with confidence. - Parts are available as it is identical to another popular vehicle chassis. Shocks are on order (I always buy new shocks) and when they arrive I will replace the stock shocks... which brings me to that... - Stock shocks are bouncy. This is expected and not a huge deal. You won't notice that much while you're tearing around the yard in glee... probably. I've opted to order oil shocks and replace these so I'll have less bounce. - Lacks torque in the low end. This does not like getting stuck. Tall grass will bog it down and if the wheels stop turning there's a solid chance it will not have the torque to force itself out of the grass or even spin the wheels. This can pop a wheelie on 2S if you're doing it just right, but the gearing and motor size mean that it just can't boss hoss it's way out of some stuff. I have not tested this with mud and never intend to do so. Will update after having owned more.

Ερ: what's the range of FPV ?

Ερώτηση από Royal3215 επί 2019-09-25 11:13:26

William Wallace This will vary greatly based on your particular setup and any answer we give will be an extremely rough estimate. Antenna choice as well as antenna style will play a significant role in the function of this device and its range. Quality antennas and directional receiver antenna with line of sight (clear view from the TX to the RX with nothing in between) can go an extremely long distance on very low power so your "mileage may vary". At 25mW I would not expect tremendous range from this unit without the use of quality antennas used correctly but it is very hard for me to give you a precise number at all. If you would like long range I would go with a stronger transmit power (remember to check laws etc blah blah).

William Wallace Thiswas the information I was looking for. 320 amps continuous is... a lot of power. By any standard at any voltage that is an absolutely nuts amount of power and just felt wrong. 40 amps makes much more sense with 320 being the peak (just like a similar product offered on this site, but it is clearly labeled that way).
