bodson.christian49 I dont receive this product yet to day, but try this: - instal ip network scanner on your P.C. or smartphone -connect the camera with rj45 cable to the router. -start ip scanner- -you should normaly find the IP of the caméra like 192.168.1 XXX -open your webbrowser. -introduce the IP adresse 192.168.1.XXX into the webbrowser -enter. -login with admin and admin -normaly you can see the video
