Rodrigo Hello,in my case, sometimes when I start the camera application and my internet speed is slow, the image gets distorted and blurred, even hangs. I quit the application and log back in and normalize. My internet is 15 megabyte and sometimes has more than one computer in use. This usually happens when I use the HD camera app. When it's at a lower resolution, it doesn't happen. I use it for wifi connection. Try to better direct the antenna of your camera if it is connected by wifi !!! Sorry for the delay in replying !!! Hope this helps!!!
