The item came well packaged and without damage.This cam has very good quality,is solid and all the appropriate materials for the installation are included.For those who have many cams which are connected in v380 app (or pro) this cam is not compatible only with the iCSee app.Overall,I recommend this product if you want to place a cam at a place without electricity.

Ερ: Hello,unfortunately I performed an over the air firmware upgrade through the app and the cam is stuck in boot with the blue light solid on.I received in the app the message that the update failed.I tried to reset but no luck.Is there any way to bring this cam back in life?

StrMks The cloud stotage is optional (and not free) but you musy use a tf card for storage.The only app you can use is iCSee

Really really nice.Quick connection with the V380 pro app, many cool features like auto track, auto light on/off, patrol PTZ!!!! I think it is a value for money, hope to last in time.I regret for not buying one more....Recommended!!!!

Great product I think it is a value for money.It has motion track, white led with auto function (both are a little sensitive) and patrol PTZ.The plastic material is a bit cheap but its ok.Recommended!!!!
