Ερ: what adc Should i use with this loadcell since it is 10V? and HX711 is 5V max?

TElectronics The loadcell generally has a 4 resistor wheatstone bridge in it and you can use 10-12V as the bridge supply voltage but it doesn´t mean that you will measure 10-12V at the output because the wheatstone bridge will be used in a way to only measure small resistance differences and therefore the measured voltage will be still in the millivolt range. In other words the 5V from your HX711 will be plenty If not too much but you can choose different reference and amplification levels in your HX711 board to your needs.
