samovarul 1. Ensure the thermometer is switched off. 2. Press the button for 8 seconds to bring it in the temperature mode. The current temperature mode will be displayed. 3. Release the button. Now press the button to toggle and select between C and F. 4. The thermometer will switch off if it idles more than 12 seconds and will display the last reading.
