BG414616934 With Banggood support you have to be persistent. You must include photos and a video. Then you must followup every 24 to 48 hours with a message "status please" so the ticket doesn't get closed.. If you follow these steps they will usually come up with some sort of solution. While this is gnerally an annoying way to do business, I have found that unlike dealing with the seller this approach does work out well in the end. BG doesn't want to lose your business so they do have incentive to make things right if you persist.

BG414616934 It comes with a charging cable that magnetically attaches. Not sure about the other end, but most likely it is USB-A

BG414616934 Yes, it supports 24 volts DC. It will take what amps it needs (it won't need 18.5 Amps).

BG414616934 Yes.The box does not state this. Mine is currently charging and I was able to draw power from the USB-A connector.
