NaCc Yes the measurements are precise.

NaCc Yes, the red sticker can be removed and it should come off easily with no pressure applied when using your fingers to remove it, it's like peeling off a sticker.

NaCc It doesn't come with a manual, I got mine online, but it's very easy at straight forward when operating it, you'll get the the hang of it as you build your Circuits and perform experiments.
