for the price this prime lens gives the best results... I have been using this more than month on my Nikon D5300 and following points I noted : 1. built quality : good 2. glass quality: for the money you get nice one but not the best if u expect more 3. picture quality : can see fringing if u zoom in too much other wise not noticeable. and judgement to the shallow depth of field. 4. auto focus: good with eye piece/ not good with live video mode and most of the time adjustments needed
