As expected, this is a quality tool for wire wrapping. Good materials, nice finish, has a solid feel to it.

The tool does a modified wire wrap, where the first turn on the post is insulated, to prevent the wire snapping if the joint is subject to vibration. The tool strips wire, wraps and unwraps. Tested with 30 AWG wire, all 3 functions work well. Wire wrap works very well with Arduino kit, where many of the boards are terminated with wire-wrap compatible posts. Where solder connections are required to circuit boards I wire wrap to soldered-on pin header strips

ferramenta prática conforme anunciado. estou usando com um fio de 30awg porém é flexível do tipo com varios pequenos filamentos. Esse tipo de fio quando colocado no espaço para o enrolamento , alguns pequenos filamentos do fui acabam escapando, por isso o fio rígido de 30 AWG é o mais recomendado. O decapador que fica no centro da ferramenta é um pouco menor e não cabe o fio desse tipo flexível então retiro a parte protetora do fio com a própria unha. Mas é uma ótima ferramenta.

I've had a few of these over the last 35 years. They work very well. It's vital, however, that the wire being stripped be inserted from the side of the handle opposite the blade. It's tempting to do it the other way around, but the blades are invariably delicate.

Really excited to receive this. It seems to work very well and is easy to operate with 30 AWG wire I also ordered from Banggood. I'm hoping to use this to put together some planned Arduino projects I have in mind.

This wire wrap tool is made extremely well. The handle is made of aliluminum and the wrapping rod is made of heavy duty steel. Has both the wrapping and unwrapping ends. The wire stripper is made of steel and works well. A good tool at a good price.
