After several months of use I can say this is a very capable charger and for the price, it can't be beat. I have used the refresh function to rejuvenate several long dead 18650s. It automatically detects Nicad/NiMh cells and with some careful button smashing can charge 3.6v and 3.2v. The only minor complaint being that it never charges the 3.7v to a full 4.2v. It says 4.20v but really only gets them to 4.16v. Saftey function, I suspect.
