Dear Sirs: I have received my order of two MDS8207 scope meters and am disappointed with them. I have tested both of them for the scope function and they have almost no vertical sensitivity. Feeding the scopes with a twenty volt peak to peak sinewave (10 KHz) and the vertical sensitivity of the scope set to one half volt per division, there is a barely visible wave form, but it did sync. And with a 120 volt RMS (60 hertz) input, the scope indicated less than one division total of indication. The leads showed to be OK with the ohm meter function and my wave form generator output was verified with another oscilloscope. I would like very much to have two working scope meters and would like to trade these two for some that work. Please let me know if we can work something out. Waiting for your reply and thanks!
