Looks to be very well machined, haven't tested yet. Originally thought it was out of alignment but it is set that way for the adjustment of hole sizes. It has 3, 4, 5 and 6mm hole sizes that it allows adjustment for. The bushing seems tight enough, very slight wiggle room, should have little to no impact on drilling. Will disassemble, grease up the collar and test. Was a bit hesitant ordering outside of North America; but everything was great from the sellers side. I actually found out about this site from a Youtuber "Hooked on Wood" who has been reviewing these products in depth ( https://www.hookedonwood.online/China-Tools-Ranking/ ). Have several other larger items to buy now that I know what to expect. Very pleased, thank you.
