Connecting and setting up the camera was a breeze, 5 minutes tops, keeping in mind I already had the APP on my device and a registered account foi ICSee APP. Tested PTZ, intercom function, alarm detection, etc., all features performed as expected, the only feature(s) not tested were night vision B/W + Color due to constraints of my own. Opened the dome (horizontal motor section cover) by removing the 4 screws to check weatherproofing. There is a transparent rubber seal all the way around, therefore waterproof IP rating could be correct. This I cannot confirm as I didn't do a complete teardown. Picture from the 2MP camera is crisp, and with the two antenna communication to rooter is very effective at +/-15m. I have installed a 64Gb TF card so won't be using the cloud at all. You can also set the storage management to replace when full, allowing ample time to recover photos/videos before they get deleted. For those of you that may not know, the use of the cloud storage is only free for 1 month, thereafter a small monthly fee will apply, but it is nice to have the choice though. All being said, I have no reservations in recommending this product, it performs well and as such is good value for money.
