This item arrived as part of an order of a bunch of similar items. The shipment all-in was terribly packaged (if you want to call it "packaged"). The entire shipment was sent in a big bag - as if there was a shortage of cardboard somewhere. As a result, the individual boxes all look kind of battered - not a great first impression. Fortunately, however, the boxes and their content were sturdy enough to withstand the experience - so the products are ok, functional and in usable condition (A nod to the people who decided to put the individual products in decent boxes!) As for the product itself: It does as it was described, and it looks very pleasing. The only suggestion for improvement: you can switch between steady-color and color-circling ("gradient"). There is nothing gradient about this color flashing - it is abrupt and far too fast. We're talking less than 1 second per color - a more mellow 5 to 10 seconds would have been less epilepsy-inducing...

I bought this light for my mate (early Christmas buy) as he used to have a red bike. This light changes colours and looks stunning. I have 2 already. Warning: The 'screen' is very easy to scratch so do not get it dirty when you set it up. Once it is set up it is fine tho'.
