Very fast delivery :-) when preprogrammed from pc (CHIRP sw, need of prog cable) simple to use, only switch channel. All described functions for each channel (of 16) could be preprorammed only from pc : Squelch level, 50 CTCSS,105 DCS, Time-out Timer, Wide/Narrow band, Batery saving fc, VOX, Low batery warning, will be tested later, seems be very clever TOY. Transmitter power 2W writen in the manual. More a good TOY not a real PROFI rig, But - the price OK

Nice little radio. Programmed it to work with some high end Motorolas. I needed the FTDI usb cable for the UV-F8HP and programmed using chirp with the settings for the 888. Sound quality impressive for the price.
