Looks good, feels solid, works 100%. Under continuous operation (from duty cycle 1 sec on/1 sec off and upward) it does develop some heat but not too much. Tested for an hour continuously, not warmer than 35 degrees celcius. Works fine with Arduino Uno. Range (stroke) is 10mm (1 centimeter). Could not measure torque but it feels like it could lift more than a few ounces.

well build little solenoid it consumes 70 mA by 12 V and the pull force is about 60 . . 70 grams at the beginning and about 200 grams at the end part. Work time is about 0.1 ..0.2 seconds good for robotics and fine mechanical arrangements. Useful part nothing to say as contra. I can recommend it for DIY enthusiasts
